ETANA SYSTEMS GmbH and Deutsche Modellsport Organisation GmbH & Co. KG (DMO) are collaborating on the SkyCompanion app. DMO is one of the oldest and most renowned providers of drone insurance in Germany, and its customers now receive an exclusive 25% discount on the app’s annual subscription.

SkyCompanion supports drone pilots in complying with legal requirements, for example by assisting in determining the operating category and automatically generating mission logs. In addition, it bundles all the information necessary for safe and compliant drone operation in a single application: comprehensive geozones and airspaces, high-quality weather data from the German Weather Service (DWD), live air traffic with warning functions, and current NOTAMs and flight restrictions in understandable language.
